Lawn Seed Mixes
Magnum
Our premium, professional grade, 3-way blend of improved perennial
ryegrasses. Best for full sun areas. Excellent for home lawns or
sports fields. Cool season grass for the northern USA. An Oregon
product. Available in 20 lb. or 50 lb. bags
Emerald Envy
Our most popular lawn seed mix is 80% perennial ryegrass
and 20% fine fescues (chewings fescue and creeping fescue). All
of the grasses are improved varieties, most of them are grown
in western Oregon . It is best for full-sun or light shade lawn
areas. Available in 25 lb. and 50 lb. bags.
Emerald Eclipse
Our 60% perennial ryegrass 40% fine fescue shade seed mix can
be used for medium shade lawn areas or lawn areas that may not
receive the consistent care normally given a home lawn. It's the
same quality seed varieties as our Emerald Envy Mix but higher
in fine fescues. Available in 25 lb. bags.
  
Emerald Links Blend
Formulated with four different fine-leafed fescue grasses
that are bred for lower growth, shade tolerance, insect and disease
resistance, winter hardiness and dark green color. Can be used
for field or meadow seeding, roadside erosion control, or any
non-turf application. It contains creeping red fescue, chewings
fescue, hard fescue and blue fescue. Available in 25 lb. bags.
ROYAL
Super Shade Mix - By Special Order
A mix of very persistent, shade tolerant
grasses. It contains 3 fine fescues and one new,
unique, very shade tolerant bluegrass
called Supra Nova (Poa Supina). By special order only. 10 lb.
minimum order. Available in 10 lb. bags for $59.50 each plus
shipping/handling.
Non-Turf Seed Mixes
Erosion Control Mix
An erosion
control mix that's
economical and effective! A mix of cool season grasses
for
stabilizing soils and controlling soil erosion. Quick to establish,
it will
form a rapid plant matrix that will survive a wide range of soil
types and
growing conditions. This mix does not contain clover. 50% perennial
ryegrass, 35% annual ryegrass, 15% creeping red fescue. Available
in 50 lb. bags.
DOT Seed Mixes
Dept. of Transportation mixes for roadside seeding projects.
Available in 50 lb. bags. Certified seed not in stock, certified
seed must be special ordered.
Royal Horse Pasture Seed Mix
A mix of forage grasses for people who want to plant a pasture
to support horses or livestock. Available in 25 lb. bags.
Custom Seed Mixes
Custom seed mixes can be mixed according to your specifications.
They are done by special order and can take up to 14 days to
receive, so please order ahead!
Some mixes may require minimums. Payment is due upon ordering.

Our Mulch Spreader works great with our Emerald
Topdressing Mulch, peat moss and fine compost. It’s
just the ticket when spreading our Emerald
Topdressing Mulch 100% recycled paper topdressing for
hand seeding. It’s peat moss spreader design is all
metal construction, loads at the front face of this compost spreader
for easy loading and clean out. This lawn mulch roller
can spread fine compost and has a metal mesh basket with
diamond-shaped 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch openings. The topdressing
roller basket dimensions are 18 inches in diameter and
24 inches wide. Spreader weighs 24 lbs.
