Emerald offers sod delivery fresh off the farm!
We offer direct sod farm delivery of 100% Perennial Ryegrass
sod. We do not sell sod from our store. Deliveries are for
500
sq. ft. up to 8,000 sq. ft. to any site located in the Portland
and Vancouver Metro areas. Our contractors outlet is located
in Northeast Portland where we carry a complimentary line of
turf seed mixes and fertilizers.
Having
served the landscape industry for many years, we have the expertise

following are a few important facts to know when ordering sod
delivery through Emerald Seed & Supply:

Terms and Conditions:

The
sod will be delivered by the sod farm in good condition.
Please make sure to inspect it upon delivery, then lay
within 12 hours according to the directions provided by
the sod farm.
If
there are any perceived defects in the sod please alert
the sod farm immediately at (541) 504-0307. The sod is
perishable, the immediate installation of the sod is a
must.

Placing
Orders:
Orders
may be placed up to 4:00 p.m. the previous day. Allow 24 hours
for cancellations. A 48 hour notice is required if sod is damaged.
Split orders will be priced separately. Tax will be added to
Washington orders (additional 7.8%).
Payment:
Cash
On Delivery, Visa or MasterCard. Checks are to
be made out to Emerald Seed & Supply. The driver will pick
up the check. No Returns. No Refunds. Care Instructions will
be left by the driver.
Pallets:
During
the planting season it’s pallet-free delivery so there
are no pallets and no additional pallet charges. However, during
the wet winter months wood pallets may be used so that the sod
is not damaged. The customer with be charged for the pallets
accordingly.

Delivery:
There
is a minimum delivery of 500 square feet. During the planting
season deliveries can be made Monday - Saturday. However, during
the winter months Saturday deliveries may not be possible. Please
check with us.
Retail store hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday,
February through November
