TERMS: For mail orders
we accept only Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For
in-store sales we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard
and Discover.
ORDERING: We accept orders by phone. You may use
our toll-free phone number anywhere in the USA or Canada.

but
it helps to follow up your email order by phoning
Emerald on our toll-free phone number to insure accuracy
of
your order.
DELIVERY: We offer shipping on some of our products
and use UPS Ground, USPS parcel post or private
carrier. Call our store for current shipping and handling
charges. For direct shipment, at least 5 business
days is required
for arrival. No over-night shipping available after
2 p.m. on Thursdays, Pacific Standard Time.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Payment upon order is required
on all orders for a custom seed mix or custom
fertilizer mix.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

SERVICE CHARGES: On established charge accounts, a service
charge of 2% (24% annual) per month is charged on all past due
accounts (net 30). There will be a $25.00 service charge on NSF
checks. For purchases over $500.00 which are paid with a check,
Emerald may require a certified check.
CLAIMS: No claims will be accepted without original copy of
sales receipt. All purchases are subject to a 15% return fee
and product
returns are only accepted if item is unopened, unused and in
re-saleable condition.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES: Products are sold on an "as is" basis
and all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, are excluded. The entire risk as to
the quality and performance of the above goods are with the buyer.
